I supported this by auditing their social and digital content, writing PR releases and leveraging AI tools to synthesize insights for strategic decision-making. I also helped streamline customer support through a cross-functional project that integrated end-user training directly into the Genie Serial Hub platform.

FASA sa UW wanted to expand its visibility and strengthen community engagement. I refreshed their social media approach, produced graphics and video content, and helped run large-scale cultural event campaigns that increased engagement and grew the audience by over 300 followers.

Entrepreneurship runs in my blood—growing up in a family of business owners sparked my passion for innovation and enterprise. In December 2020, I launched my own small business, Stickeychains, where I design and sell custom photo keychains and stickers. This venture has given me hands-on experience in product design, customer engagement, e-commerce, and brand building.
